Terms and Conditions for CollegeLeader, Inc.
Goods and Services
As a non-profit organization our desire is to be a service to leaders working with college-age people in a local church. We serve leaders by providing mentorship, resources, training and networking opportunities.
Mentorship is a free service we provide. We are available through email or phone conversations to help you in any way we can. We are also open to doing more in depth consultations, if there is a need. Costs for this are determined on an individual basis, but generally consist of travel and accommodations being covered and a general honorarium given to the CollegeLeader staff member doing the consultation.
Resources are offered both free and for sale. We have downloadable as well as physical resources. All free resources offered through CollegeLeader are downloadable from our site. Resources for sale vary from $5.99 - $50.00 and are a combination of downloadable and physical products. For shipping information, see below.
Networking is an aspect of our service offered in a variety of ways (blogs, conference, etc.), but mainly through our Learning Network in a cohort system. For full details go to our contact section of our site.
Shipping
All resources purchased from CollegeLeader are sent from our home office in Tigard, Oregon. All shipments are sent Fed-ex Ground. Our shipping costs are set for each product, making the shipping process simpler for both CollegeLeader and the customer.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of the purchase. However, there are times of increased volume or schedule that can prohibit us from getting the shipment out in this time frame. If the order is shipped any more than 5 business days after the purchase is made CollegeLeader will update the customer via email.
Return/Refund policy:
If the shippable resource (downloadable resources are not returnable/refundable) you are returning has not been opened, or is still in a re-saleable condition, you can send your item back to us at the address below with a copy of your packing slip within 30 days of the original purchase. There will be no refund issued without the packing slip. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees on returned items unless the item purchased resource is defective.

Cancellation policy
If you are a monthly donor to CollegeLeader and would like to cancel your re-occuring donation, email us at: info@collegeleader.org. Please put “cancellation” in the subject box and kindly ask us to cancel your donation billing. All cancellations can take up to 30 days to process, so expect at least one more billing to occur after you cancel.
We are thankful for you assistance in furthering our ministry through donations. It simply is not possible for us to continue in our ministry without your financial assistance.
Privacy Policy
Any information you provide CollegeLeader (whether through our store, newsletter subscriptions, or email correspondence) will never be sold, rented or shared with outside parties for any reason.
Newsletter Information
When you sign up for our newsletter your email is stored in that particular database. By signing up for our newsletter you are giving CollegeLeader the right to send you updates. These are generally sent out monthly, but there are occasions when there are more sent out. On every newsletter there is an option for you to cancel. Your cancellation can take up to 15 days to process, so you may receive another update before your request is fully processed. We will take you off, but we ask for your patience in processing.
Email Correspondence
If you interact with our staff over email we do not save your email information, nor do we automatically include that in any of our databases.
CollegeLeader Store
Information you provide through our store is secured in our merchant account with Authorize.net. For security purposes, CollegeLeader staff does not have access to any credit card information. The customer address and other information provided by the customer is saved in our store database for our records and will not be transferred to any other database unless directly told to do so by the customer.
Linking To Other Sites
Please remember that when you use a link to go from CollegeLeader.org to another web site, the CollegeLeader Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. You’re browsing and interaction on any other web site, including any site that has a link on CollegeLeader.org is subject to the rules and policies of that site. We encourage you to read the rules and policies of the sites you visit to further understand their procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing personal information.
Browsing and the use of Cookies
CollegeLeader.org may use cookie technology as part of our web site's statistical reporting. A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a website that is saved on your hard disk by your computer's browser. It holds information to gather web site statistical data, such as which pages are visited, what is downloaded, sites that referred you to us, etcetera. However, none of this is associated with you as an individual. It is measured only in aggregate. The information in the cookies lets us trace your "click stream" activity (i.e., the paths taken by visitors to our site as they move from page to page). Cookies do not capture your individual email address or any private information about you.
We also use standard web server log files to help us count visitors and evaluate our site's technical capacity. We use this information to find out how many people visit CollegeLeader.org, help us arrange the pages in the most user-friendly way, keep the site browser-friendly, and to make our pages more useful to our visitors. We record information on site traffic but not information on individual visitors to our site, so no information about you in particular will be kept or used.
