Part 1: Understanding The Heart And Focus Of The Ministry
Chuck Bomar will cover the following issues:

2. The one thing we need to focus on to be truly effective
3. The role of a college ministry in the structure of a church
4. Helping college age people find belonging in our churches (not just our ministry)
5. Realistically defining and measuring success with college age people
6. Overcoming obstacles faced with the separation of generations
7. Connecting older adults as mentors - what to look for and keep in balance

Part 2: Understanding The Heart And Mind of The People
Chuck Bomar will cover the following issues:
1. The 5 major age stage issues needing specific attention (and how to guide them)
2. Necessary shifts in teaching and discipleship approaches
3. Creating a culture that understands the importance of investing in college age people
4. Practical ways for assimilating college age people into the fabric of your church
